Gazipaşa-Alanya welcomes the first Avion Express flight from Vilnius

The gateway to the east Mediterranean region in Turkey, Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport welcomed the first flight of Avion Express from Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania.

Operated by TAV Airports, a member of Groupe ADP, Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport welcomed the first Avion Express flight from Vilnius, on Sunday the 27th. 123 passengers arrived in Gazipaşa with a Avion Express A-320 aircraft. This is the first time the airline is flying to Gazipaşa and it will operate a total of 35 flights on this route during the summer season.  

TAV Gazipaşa General Manager Ekrem Akgül said “We are happy to welcome the first Avion Express flight from Vilnius. We’re working to provide a safe and comfortable travel experience to our passengers. As the flight restrictions are eased, international traffic is picking up. We hope to welcome more passengers from around the world during the summer season.”

This season 12 airlines are planning to fly to 15 destinations in 10 countries from Gazipaşa.
