Gazipaşa-Alanya welcomes the first Tailwind flight from Tehran
Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport welcomed the first flight of the season from the capital city of Iran, Tehran, by Tailwind Airlines.
Scheduled flights between Gazipaşa-Alanya and Tehran commenced on Friday. Tailwind Airlines will fly weekly between Gazipaşa and Tehran until 12 March with Boeing 737-400 aircraft.
TAV Gazipaşa General Manager Ekrem Akgül said “We are happy to welcome the first Tailwind flight of the season from Tehran. We continue to provide services to passengers taking all the necessary precautions against the pandemic, in collaborations with all our stakeholders. Hopefully, with the easing of the restrictions in the coming period, we’ll be welcoming our passengers from all over the world.”
As of today, 12 airlines are planning to fly to 18 destinations in 11 countries from Gazipaşa in the 2021 summer season.
