GHG MANAGEMENT POLICY
The policy established for TAV Gazipaşa Alanya Airport states the importance of maintaining and decreasing the CO₂ emission with the objectives given below:
- Increase the energy efficiency without any change in passenger comfort
- Define a target to decrease the energy consumption per passenger
- Initiate to research on the use of renewable energy sources
- Comply with relevant legislation and regulations related to energy management
- Responsibly manage natural resources
- Preventing excessive energy usage by using best available technologies and effective management activities.
- Promoting discussions among all employee about energy management
- Training, supporting and motivating employees and business partners to be aware of and meet their responsibilities about efficient energy usage
- Continuously measures, monitor report and improve the performance of energy management
- To reduce our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by at least 20% by 2030, using 2021 as the base year.
